Herbein + Co. Inc.

Herbein + Company Inc, a leading CPA advisory firm, has announced the promotions of Jack Kolmansberger to the newly created role of chief growth officer, and of Amy Klatt to chief marketing officer.

Prior to their promotions, Kolmansberger and Klatt had respectively served as the firm’s chief marketing officer, and marketing director.

JACK KOLMANSBERGER

As chief growth officer, Kolmansberger will lead the firm’s sales and business development efforts, working closely with firm, service, and industry leaders on strategy and execution. He joined Herbein in 2008 as chief marketing officer, after serving for the previous 12 years as marketing director of a large Philadelphia regional certified public accounting firm. Known across the profession for his contributions to the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) in several executive leadership roles, Kolmansberger was inducted into AAM’s Hall of Fame in 2018. He earned a B.S. in business administration (marketing) from Villanova University.

AMY KLATT

As chief marketing officer, Klatt will be responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy, including brand management, integrated and content marketing, digital marketing and advertising, and sponsorships. Klatt joined Herbein in 2010 — and in progressive roles, has specialized in strategic marketing initiatives, digital marketing, social, campaigns, event planning, and communications and engagement. She graduated from Alvernia University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in business administration.

Reading Bakery Systems

Dan McMahon has been promoted to technical sales manager for Reading Bakery Systems. In his new role, McMahon will be the key technical point of contact for sales and marketing teams and act as a liaison between the engineering and sales teams.
