Newcastle digital marketing recruitment agency launches with “ambitious” plans

A collective of digital marketing experts has launched the North East’s first digital marketing recruitment agency, Hire It! Digital, with “honesty, transparency and ethical practices” at the forefront of the business.

Founded by recruitment expert, Rebecca Cole, and experienced journalist and digital marketer, Kim Walker, Hire It! Digital offers a “unique” approach to recruitment by prioritising the needs of both clients and candidates. Rebecca oversees the candidate side of the business while Kim takes care of the clients.

Hire It! Digital is already working with some of the region’s “most ambitious” brands and creative and digital agencies while placing a “strong portfolio of incredible talent” into roles including CMOs, digital marketing specialists, paid media experts, graphic designers and content creators.

The head office of Hire It! Digital is located in Dobson House, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, but the agency provides recruitment services across the UK and beyond. With years of experience in the digital marketing and tech sectors, the Hire It! Digital team is said to have a “deep understanding” of the industry and the needs of both clients and candidates.
