The Marketing Excellence Awards has returned for the second time around to celebrate Philippines’ exceptional campaigns and talent that have demonstrated their ingenuity, inventiveness and resourcefulness throughout this challenging year.
There are 35 categories that the finalists are crossing swords for, with gold, silver, and bronze trophies to win. Each category has been meticulously planned to highlight an extraordinary aspect of the entries, and above all, the coveted title of “Marketer of the Year” will go to the best performing entrant across all categories.
The awards were judged by 17 client-side marketers. One of the jury members, Arlyn O. Corpuz, head of marketing of Santé International, commented, “This year’s entries prove that no matter the budget, the circumstance, the environment, an excellent marketer’s experience and gut will always be a force to help a company thrive, not just survive.”
Additionally, jury member, Jed Estanislao, head of marketing division, Eastern Telecommunications Philippines, said, “Beyond meeting performance metrics, the participants this year were able to drive value to their customers further by using the power of their brand to respond to customer issues and provide thought leadership through purposeful campaigns.”
