Hereinafter Cocktail Tavern, located in Buckeye Lake, is pleased to offer a unique and engaging way to enjoy its hand-crafted, classic cocktails. The cocktail tavern will offer regular interactive cocktail classes, led by Hereinafter owner and 1999 Granville High School graduate Benjamin Long, who also has a popular cocktail-based YouTube channel, Ben the Bar Guy.

Classic cocktails and hand-cut ice are the foundation of Hereinafter, and the cocktail tavern’s monthly cocktail classes. During these engaging classes, guests will sample a wide variety of classic cocktails – from Manhattans and martinis to Tiki favorites, 75’s and more – while learning the history behind each one. Long takes guests through the importance of ice as the foundation of any good drink, sharing tips on how to make and hand cut ice at home using the principles he applies at Hereinafter.
The upcoming cocktail class has a unique twist: it’s all about cocktails you can make at home. Guests will learn how to asks their friends a few simple questions to determine which cocktail is right for them, the recipes behind a few show-stoppers that can easily be made with your at-home bar tools and how to cut and use ice properly for the perfect drink. Guests may also have the opportunity to get behind the bar and shake a few drinks themselves.
The class will be held on Saturday, Sept. 23 at 12:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 and include two cocktails plus the class.Tickets can be purchased by calling Hereinafter at 740-467-6440 or emailing Long at hereinafterbar@gmail.com.

The Sept. 23 class will be held during Hereinafter’s Saturday brunch; food can be ordered a la carte during the class.
