Tophost acquires the competitor Misterdomain
Milan, 26 January 2023. DHH S.p.A. (“DHH” or the “Company”) (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that Tophost Srl, its fully-owned subsidiary focused on providing professional users with high-quality cloud hosting products at the best market price, acquired all the assets of the competitor Misterdomain (https://misterdomain.eu/).
Misterdomain was founded in 2007 and is one of the historical players in the Italian web hosting market, with more than 10.000 customers, 31.000 domains under management, and a turnover of ca. 500k EUR.
Misterdomain will be fully integrated into Tophost after the transaction.
The transaction value is 700k EUR, paid entirely in cash at closing.

On the other hand, we support them in consolidating the market by acquiring competitors and directly integrating them into the company.”
